AMPLIFY HER was established in January 2023 following the success of our live events. From coffee and cocktail meetings to live music events, songwriting camps, and speed networking, Amplify Her creates a unique and safe space where artists and music industry professionals can come together and support one another.
Our mission is to provide a platform for women to showcase their unique talents and stories. Through our events and membership, we aim to empower women in the music industry and beyond. Join us in celebrating the diversity and creativity of women in music.
Meet the founder
Andrea Dee
Andrea Dee is the founder of Amplify Her.
With over 20 years in the music industry as an independent artist, Andrea has lived in four different countries and toured across the US, Europe, and the UK. Throughout her journey, she always longed for a sense of community where she truly felt she belonged.
Following the release of her electro-pop album Truth & Dare in 2021 and a sellout immersive sonic and visual concert at the London Hippodrome, Andrea realized the need for a supportive music community. She envisioned a space where she could seek guidance, celebrate successes, find support during challenges, and connect with like-minded individuals to work, dream, and laugh together.
Now, after the birth of her daughter, Andrea is even more committed to making a significant impact on the music industry, striving for a future where the next generation is unaware of inequality or exploitation.
